At Mountain Meadow Wool, we're committed to your satisfaction with our premium, sustainably sourced wool products. We stand behind the quality of our traceable, eco-friendly yarns and goods, crafted from the finest Merino, Rambouillet, and Targhee sheep raised by regional ranchers. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to make it right.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Unused Items Only: Returns are accepted for items in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. Items that have been worn, washed, or used in any way are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance.
  • Exchanges: We offer exchanges for the same item in a different color or size, subject to availability.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@mountainmeadowwool.com or call us at 307-684-5775 with your order number and reason for return. 
  2. Ship It Back: Securely package the item and ship it to our facility at 22 Plains Drive, Buffalo, Wyoming  82834. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped).
  3. Inspection and Processing: Once your return arrives at our facility, we'll inspect it to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria. This typically takes 3-5 business days.
  4. Refund or Replacement: If approved, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method (excluding original shipping fees) or replace the item with the correct color or size. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.

Exceptions and Notes

  • Personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable.
  • We do not accept returns on sale or clearance items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of receipt for a free return label and expedited resolution.
  • International returns may incur additional customs fees, which are the customer's responsibility.
